Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first obtaining return authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a customer-related reason, including but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Changing your mind
- No longer wanting the product
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
the customer will be responsible for returning the product at their own expense.
If you choose not to return the product using your own shipping method, we may deduct a 15% to 20% restocking/return processing fee from your refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at aafgroup91@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
